Coming off a decent 10 mile run at the Mountain Goat the week before, Randy Hadzor went out to Watkins Glenn and revisited the Fly by Night for his first duathlon in a while.

Hadzor ended up 1st overall,  winning by 4 minutes, and clocking a time of 1:19:44;  the second fastest course time we were able to find on record..

The 2013 time 1:18:21 by Travis Kuhl is rumored to be a year where the course was a bit shorter due to construction at the Glen.. either way, something to shoot for.
