kraftwerk – tour de france

I don’t know how I’ve never seen this video before. I loves me some electro-music to zone out and do design/artwork. Rumor has it Kraftwerk has been the dudes since back in the day for that genre of music, not to mention their sweet use of international style typography and the whole cycling thing.

I don’t actually know much about them but I plan to listen to them while I work today.

2012

2012 is underway! This year is going to be excellent, with both Bob and Randy Hadzor competing in World Championships this September!

We will be adding events to the schedule as it rolls closer, but there are a handful of big races that would be awesome to do, Woolsports Musselman, Tour of the Catskills, Giro of Otisco Lake, Tour of the Battenkill, the Dirty Dozen, and definitely Long Course Du Nationals in Maryland… Also you can look forward to more BTB Athletics events like gobblecross!

Good luck, and remember… some one’s always training harder.

GOBBLECROSS! 11/25

a citizens cyclocross race hosted by Curtin and Hadzor Fine Home Builders

The day after thanksgiving…
Curtin and Hadzor Fine Home Builders present: GOBBLECROSS

a citizens (unsanctioned) cyclocross race…

When you awaken from your L-Tryptophan slumber what better way to start fresh with all your thanks  than with an good ol’ honest cross race.

wild, genuine; just you your velo, the trails, and the occasional obstacle.

  • 10am start time: all inclusive citizens open race to go off
categories will be created if field size deems necessary
  • the trails of 2665 O’Connell Road, Lafayette NY
  • 8am course set up/fine tuning/raking/pre riding
  • 8:30ish-9:30 registration
  • email gobblecross@btbathletics.com to reserve your spot… or say so on facebook

so get your warm up in at walmart in the morning and come ready to ride. turkey sandwiches will fit nicely in back jersey pockets i’d assume..

gobblecross is family friendly; as a big black newfoundland makes a great babysitter, and chickens are entertaining for kids of all ages.. at least 6-60+
