bigger. stronger. faster. BTB.

This has been a public service announcement supported by BTB because we think you should use as many convenient local resources as possible to get stronger which directly correlates to doing more awesome stuff and having more fun.

Any questions, call Brent Morehouse on the phone number from the flier and bother him.. or if you just feel the urge to heckle someone and you’re not currently at a cross race… tell him BTB athletics sent you. OH! and there is a BTB discount since you heard about it here, ask him about it in your email or tele-heckle-conference.. points go to best cowbell ringtone and digital hand-up. just reference BTB or the Brothers Hadzor Conglomeration

Sincerely,
management

text in gray means we made it up, but still kind of stand behind it.

trainer season

It’s not quite trainer season, but with the crazy rain and this little radar snapshot heading our way:

wall of weather

I’m glad to start the indoor hammertime..

as this time of the year approaches, I am happy to focus the time spent spinning wheels to also satiate my new addiction of watching bmx+mtb videos.. coincidentally the music typically ranges from decent to excellent.

for the next stationary foray I’m thinking :

warm up:

work out:
not found yet. ~1-2hr.

cool down:
~15-20min

“The Rules”

Cycling “Rules” : http://www.velominati.com/the-rules/

This is a list compiled of the things that grown men with shaved legs use to unify and justify what lots of them feel is the ‘essence of cycling’..

BTB agrees with some of these things. not all of them. our rules remain simple:

  1. work hard.
  2. have fun.

If you are getting into cycling though and are curious about some of the bizarre norms or want to slip into the cycling community stealthily this list may be of some assistance.
